Help Us Better Understand the Needs of Older Adults (60+) in Our Community

There are three different versions of the survey based on your residential status. Please read all of the following options and only fill out the survey that best fits your living situation.

General Survey for Older Adults

If you are an older adult living in our community, we invite you to share your experiences and perspectives.

Survey for Older Adults Without a Permanent Residence

We want to better understand the experiences of older adults who do not currently have a permanent or stable place to live. This includes individuals who may be staying in shelters, temporarily with friends or family, in vehicles, outdoors, or in other temporary situations. Your experiences are important and can help improve services and resources for older adults facing housing instability.

Survey for Rural Older Adults

Older adults living in rural communities often face unique challenges related to transportation, access to services, and social connection. If you live in a rural area, we would appreciate hearing about your experiences.

Allies in Aging is gathering information to better understand the experiences and needs of older adults (60 and over) in our region. The feedback we receive will help guide programs, services, and advocacy efforts so we can better support older adults and the people who care for them.

We invite you to take a few minutes to complete one of the surveys below. Your voice matters, and your experiences help us identify gaps, improve services, and ensure resources reach the people who need them most.

Each survey is anonymous, and responses will be used only to help improve community support for older adults.
