Payee Services

Prevention of Elder Abuse

Our Prevention of Elder Abuse program houses our representative payee and case management services. Our team of dedicated staff is trained to assist people in accessing resources and managing their money through payee services. Each person is treated with respect and support to help them remain independent and free from abuse.

Services available through this program are:

  • Housing Certification

  • Renters Credits

  • Property Tax Assistance

  • LIEAP/Energy Assistance

  • SNAP Recertification

  • Medicare Part D Renewals

  • Medicare/Medicaid Recertification

In order for clients to be considered for services, a completed application must be submitted in order to determine eligibility. Once the application is completed and submitted, our Program Manager will reach out to schedule a time to meet with you and/or your loved one.
