The Senior Circle of Care (SCC) Goal:
Develop a caring partnership with the participant to increase their ability to continue to live their best life at home. SCC works to pair volunteers and appropriate services to help people age independently and support them in all stages of life.
Bookkeeping Assistance
Basic bookkeeping functions and kitchen table declutter
Meals on Wheels
Home delivered meals Monday through Friday for qualified individuals
Friend Companion
Weekly face-to-face visiting with a new friend
Rides Transportation
Provides transportation to non-medical outings
Chore Corps
Skilled volunteers helping to reduce home hazards
Pantry Pals
Personal grocery shopper and delivery
