Senior Circle of Care
The Senior Circle of Care (SCC) Goal:
Develop a caring partnership with the participant to increase their ability to continue to live their best life at home. SCC works to pair volunteers and appropriate services to help people age independently and support them in all stages of life.
Bookkeeping Assistance
Basic bookkeeping functions and kitchen table declutter
Hot meals delivered to homebound seniors Monday through Friday for qualified individuals.
Friend Companion
Volunteers socialize with seniors in our community, making lifelong connections.
Provides non-medical rides for seniors who no longer drive. Popular destinations include the grocery story, bank, post office, and hair appointments.
Chore Corps
Skilled volunteers help with small fixes to improve overall home safety, such as installing grab bars, fix minor plumbing issues, and replace smoke alarm batteries.
Pantry Pals
Personal grocery shopper and delivery
