Our Resource Center is your local ally for navigating Medicare Part D. Our certified SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) specialists offer free, unbiased support to help you:

Explore cost-saving opportunities and extra help programs
Review your plan’s formulary and pharmacy network
Identify the best value plan for your unique needs
Estimate your total out-of-pocket costs for 2027
To get started, call us at 406-259-5212 and request an Rx Worksheet. Worksheets will begin mailing on September 22, 2026, and will also be available for pick-up at both Allies in Aging locations. Alternatively, you can download the worksheet here and email it back to rc@alliesinaging.org.

Limited appointments are available for one-on-one Medicare Part D counseling at several county meal site locations. Staff will schedule appointments for those who are unable to travel to Billings. Appointments are on a first-come first-served basis.
How to participate:
Receive and complete the Medicare Part D worksheet
Note on the worksheet your desired appointment location
Return your worksheet to the Resource Center at least 1 week before pop-up event
Send your worksheet early to improve your chances of getting an appointment. Unfortunately, walk-ins cannot be accommodated due to the inability to access the necessary computer programs to evaluate your information remotely.
Pop Up Event Dates
Laurel – October 23rd
Rx Worksheet must be received no later than October 21st
Laurel – November 18th
Rx Worksheet must be received no later than November 16th
