Our Core Values

Everything we do is grounded in our Allies in Aging core values.  Our core values guide the everyday choices we make in how we care for others and support one another. 

Last summer, Allies in Aging became a new organization.   As a new team and board of directors, we have done the critical and fun work over the last several months to develop our Allies in Aging core values.  We are really proud of them and excited to share them with the communities we serve.

For you all, our values shape what you experience.  They guide how we listen, respond, make decisions, and how we walk alongside families and older adults.  Whether it is meeting someone with empathy, communicating clearly, or going the extra mile with care and excellence, our values are what turn services into meaningful human connections.

These same values are what hold us together as the Allies in Aging team.  They push us to be better. Not just in what we do but in how we do it.
