Exercise for Healthy Aging: Start Where You Are

What are your favorite activities to do in the fall, when the weather is cooler? I have been trying to lose some weight, but I have plateaued for the last several months. My doctor said the only way I am going to break my plateau is by exercising regularly. Sigh. I know exercise is important, but I just can’t seem to get excited about it!

Still Dancing, Still Playing, Still Becoming
